Add 580ml. water to the mix and whip it. Add crushed green chilli to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before frying. Fry wada in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature. After frying wadas, dip them in water for 5 minutes. Press each wada between two palms. Serve wadas with sweet cold curd (approx. 800g) and sweet chutney. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, cumin (jeera) powder and chopped coriander leaves.
