Add 400ml. water to the mix and whip it. Add crushed green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before frying. Deep fry it in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature. To make Dalwada tastier, eat with fried green chillies and chopped onions.
