Ingredients: (In powder form) - Rice, Black Gram Dal, Iodised Salt, Raising Agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity Regulator (INS 330).

Add 650ml. water into this mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter in pre-greased moulds of Idli cooker. Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes. Serve hot Idli with Sambhar and Coconut chutney.

Makes 25 Idlis (approx. 40g each)
