Knead Pizza-mix thoroughly with 100ml. lukewarm water and prepare soft dough. Make 5 loaves (Rotis) out of the dough. Place each dough on a non-stick pab on a low flame. Cover it with a small round utensil. When the lower portion of the loaf get brownish, turn it over and spread gravy or ketchup on to it. Add grated onions, capsicums and cheese as toppings. Put it on a tava or a non-stick pan once more. Pizza is ready now. Spread grated cheese on the pizza again. Relish the hot and tasty pizza.
Gravy: Take tomatoes, onions, garlic, chillies, ginger in required proportion. Crush them and fry in oil. Add salt, chilli powder, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, garam masala powder, grated cheese. Cook till it becomes thick.
