(In powder form) – Chillies, Fenugreek, Iodised Salt, Mustard, Mustard Oil, Compounded Asafoetida

Method of use (for 200g Ramdev Sweet Achar Masala):

Wash 1kg raw mangoes with water, remove the peel and cut it into pieces. Mix appropriate amount of salt and turmeric in these pieces and stir them two to three times a day. After 24 hours, take out the mango pieces from salt and turmeric and dry them on a cloth for 3 hours. Mix 200g Ramdev Sweet Achar Masala and mango pieces in 600g jaggery and 600g sugar, and keep it for 5 days. Stir the pickle twice a day. After 5 days, when the jaggery and sugar are mixed, fill it in a clean jar. Now add edible oil as per requirement after heating it and after it cools down. Now your delicious sweet pickle is ready to eat.

You can take the quantity of raw mangoes as per your taste.

Wash 2.5kg raw mangoes with water, remove the peel and cut it into pieces. Mix appropriate amount of salt and turmeric in these pieces and stir them two to three times a day. After 24 hours, take out the mango pieces from salt and turmeric and dry them on a cloth for 3 hours. Mix 500g Ramdev Sweet Achar Masala and mango pieces in 1.5kg jaggery and 1.5kg sugar, and keep it for 5 days. Stir the pickle twice a day. After 5 days, when the jaggery and sugar are mixed, fill it in a clean jar. Now add edible oil as per requirement after heating it and after it cools down. Now your delicious sweet pickle is ready to eat.
