Payment Policy

Once you have made your selection and added the products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information/details as well as payment related information. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed. It is at this stage, the sale is said to be completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been deducted from your credit card (or other payment account), we will refund the amount charged to your credit card (or other applicable payment account). We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. The Refund can take around 7 business days depending on individual bank policies.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You only pay the amount you see in your order summary.

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current prices. The prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this website are quoted/mentioned in Indian Rupees and do include all taxes and charges. In case of any additional charges or taxes, the same will be mentioned on the website.

All orders are invoiced at current price. We will bill the products at the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Our products are liable for GST as applicable in India.

While every reasonable care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to revoke any stated listed offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed and whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. The Refund can take around 7 business days depending on individual bank policies.

Out of Stock Situations

We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on the website are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, if the product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
