Ingredients
(In powder form) – Green Gram Dal, Iodised Salt, Compounded Asafoetida, Cumin, Raising Agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity Regulator (INS 330).
Recipe
- Add 400ml. water to the mix and whip it.
- Add crushed green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Whip the batter before frying.
- Deep fry it in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature.
- To make Dalwada tastier, eat with fried green chillies and chopped onions.
Makes 50 Dalwada (approx. 15g each)
