Ingredients
Refined Wheat Flour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate
Recipe
- Knead Pizza-mix thoroughly with 100ml. lukewarm water and prepare soft dough.
- Make 5 loaves (Rotis) out of dough. Place each loaf on a non-stick pan on a low flame. Cover it with a small round utensil.
- When the lower portion of the loaf gets brownish, turn it over and spread gravy or ketchup on to it. Add grated onions, capsicums and cheese as toppings. Put it on a tava or a non-stick pan once more.
- Pizza is ready now. Spread grated cheese on Pizza again. Relish hot and tasty pizza.
Gravy Recipe: Take tomatoes, onions, garlic, chillies, ginger in required proportion. Crush them and fry in oil. Add salt, chilli powder, sugar, cassia, cloves, black pepper, garam masala powder, grated cheese. Cook till it becomes thick. Gravy is ready.
