Ingredients
(In powder form) – Rice, Bengal Gram Dal, Sugar, Iodised Salt, Raising Agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity Regulator (INS 330).
Recipe
- Add 560ml. water into this mix and whip it.
- Add crushed green chilli, ginger and garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.Whip the batter before steaming. Steaming Dhokla for 15 minutes.
- Sizzle mustard seeds, sesame seeds & hing in 25g oil and pour it over the Dhokla.
- Garnish hot Dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
Makes 45 Dhokla (approx. 20g each)
