Ingredients
(In powder form) – Rice, Black Gram Dal, Iodised Salt, Raising Agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity Regulator (INS 330).
Recipe
- Add 650 ml. water into this mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Whip the batter before pouring.
- Pour the batter in pre-greased moulds of Idli cooker.
- Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot Idli with sambhar and coconut chutney.
Note: Idadas may also be prepared with this mix.
